Produce a report

In CallGuide Report  you can see a compilation of e.g. the agents’ activities last week, with facts about number of handled contacts, logged-in time, and time in various different statuses.

  1. Select a report in the Report list,
    in this example Agent statistics Subarea – Status
  2. Then do the following in Filter settings:
    1. Pick from the drop-down menus
    2. Time unit, e.g. Week.
    3. Period, e.g. Previous. If you select Absolute you shall specify which weeks you want to see, Write or pick from calendar .
    4. opens windows with different choices depending on parameter (see picture).
    5. Select relevant Organisation area.
    6. Select one or more Subareas.
    7. Enter any Comment, seen beneath the report header.
    8. Make any other selections.
    9. Click on the Show Report button.

The report is now opened in the work area. If the report name contains the word Graph this means that the report will be opened in Microsoft Excel instead.

If you want to see the same report again with other selections, just click on the Clear filter button.
